Sylvie is such a big girl! She is attempting to crawl all over the place (she even experienced her first bite of catfood...she really enjoyed it judging from the fit she threw when I hooked it out of her little mouth). We got some video that we can't upload, but I'll try to get more this week to post.
Another exciting new skill...clapping! Parrish claims he taught her this, but I do believe I've been applauding her since birth, for everything from a poop to a smile. Whatever the case, she's quite the little ham. Check out the video below.
We spent a wonderful July 4th weekend in Destin with Parrish's family and Sylvie had a great time torturing Porter, Tara's little one. She thinks it's funny when other children cry...we apparently are raising the town bully. I enjoyed a fabulous day at the spa while Parrish was in charge at home...what a treat for a tired mom. We are going to spend the rest of the holiday babyproofing our house since the munchkin is on the move.
